Join me to experience all the elements of a Hatha Yoga class in a 2 hour workshop. Think about it as an extended class, allowing us to enjoy and practice in depth.
Each workshop will include pranayama (breathing exercises), an energising Hatha flow practice, longer more restorative poses and stretches and a guided meditation/relaxation practice.
Suitable for all levels.
