A 2 hour workshop exploring the “upside down” poses in yoga

The Space Yoga Studio in Thame

Join Christie for a 2 hour workshop exploring the Yoga Inversion poses, including headstand, handstand, forearm balance and shoulderstand. We will try different variations of each of the poses, using props and the wall. 

Whether you have never tried any of these poses before or are a seasoned inverter, this workshop will be pitched at your individual level. 

Inversion poses may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions (high blood pressure, heart disease, detached retina, glaucoma or pregnancy). Please check with me first if you are unsure.
