Private One-to-One Yoga sessions are ideal if:

  • You are new to yoga and would like to learn the basic yoga poses before you join a local group class

  • You have an injury/ health condition and would like to learn how to adapt poses to work for you

  • You would like to develop a home practice and would like me to plan a sequence you can follow

  • You would like to work on your general technique and alignment, a particular pose or strength/flexibility in a specific area.

Prices start at £50 per hour. We can practice in the comfort of your own home or I can find a suitable venue (additional costs will apply). Please contact me for more information.
